Repair

We repair medium and large-sized hydraulic cylinders, both of our own production and from other manufacturers. We also work on severely damaged or corroded units with revamping processes that restore the cylinder to its original operating conditions.

Overhaul

We disassemble the cylinder, verify the geometry and condition of every component, and replace worn or out-of-tolerance parts, including seals. We restore sliding surfaces and verify the cylinder's tightness before delivery.

Assistance

Before any intervention, we assess the condition of the cylinder and indicate whether it is more convenient to repair or replace it, with defined times and costs. An internal team manages the order, from diagnosis to delivery.

For an initial assessment, the main characteristics of the cylinder are useful to us, such as bore, stroke, and rod diameter, as well as the operating pressure, the sector of use, and a brief description of the fault encountered.

If available, photographs of the cylinder and the damaged area allow us to perform a faster and more precise assessment.

Yes. Through our P-Seals service, we create custom turned seals starting from thermostable polyurethane billets and other technical materials with sealing diameters from Ø3 to Ø1000 mm.

This solution is ideal when the original seal is non-standard, no longer available, or requires specific characteristics for the application.
