We turn up to Ø800 mm for 20 m in length and up to Ø1600 mm for 8 m. For honing, we reach Ø1300 mm.
Yes, internally through our group company P-seals. We produce custom-made machined seals from Ø3 to Ø1000 mm in various materials.
Yes, we can provide hydraulic cylinders with material certificates according to EN 10204 3.2, managing the relevant documentation and necessary procedures. We are particularly well-equipped for requests related to the naval and marine sectors, where specific certifications and the involvement of inspection bodies or classification societies may be required.
We work almost exclusively to order, where every cylinder is created based on the customer's drawing and application.
